Trade show marketing for supply chain companies
Before, during, and after the show
What supply chain trade show marketing includes
Most of the value of a trade show is decided before and after the event, not just on the show floor.
We plan and run the full cycle for logistics providers, equipment manufacturers, and supply chain technology companies exhibiting at shows like MODEX, ProMat, Manifest, and CSCMP EDGE.
That includes pre-show outreach and meeting booking, booth graphics and sales materials, live social coverage, and post-show follow-up that keeps leads from going cold.
What’s included
Everything it takes to get more meetings, more leads, and more pipeline from every show, from one team.
Show strategy
Choosing which shows to attend, what to feature, and what success should look like.
Meeting booking
Targeted outreach that fills your calendar with qualified conversations before you arrive.
Booth graphics and signage
Designs that make your message clear from across the aisle.
Sales materials
Sell sheets, brochures, and presentations your team can use at the booth and after.
Event advertising
LinkedIn and digital ads targeted to attendees and the accounts you want to meet.
Live social coverage
Real-time posts from the show floor for your company page and your executives.
Post-show follow-up
Email sequences, CRM setup, and content that keep conversations moving after everyone flies home.
If this sounds familiar, we can help
Situations we hear about before almost every show season.
Exhibiting this year
You’re exhibiting this year and want more booked meetings, not just foot traffic.
Scans, not pipeline
Your last show produced a stack of badge scans and very little pipeline.
A dated booth
Your booth graphics and handouts feel dated next to competitors.
Attending without a booth
You’re attending a show without a booth and want to make the most of the trip.
Before, during, and after
How we make every show count
Before the show
- Target list of attendees and accounts you want to meet
- Email and LinkedIn outreach to book meetings in advance
- LinkedIn ads aimed at show attendees and your target accounts
- Booth graphics, signage, sell sheets, and presentations
- Pre-show content announcing what you’ll be showing and where to find you
During the show
- Live LinkedIn coverage from your booth and sessions
- Executive posts that put your leaders in the show conversation
- Lead capture process so every conversation is logged with notes
After the show
- Follow-up emails and sequences sent within days, not weeks
- Leads organized in your CRM with clear next steps for sales
- Recap content, photos, and video that extend the show’s reach for months
How it works
A clear path from kickoff to pipeline from the show.
Kickoff
We start 8 to 12 weeks before the show to set goals, define your target list, and plan your message.
Build
Outreach, ads, graphics, and materials are created and approved well ahead of shipping deadlines.
Show time
We support your team with live content and a simple lead capture process.
Follow up
Leads are routed, sequences go out, and we report on meetings, leads, and pipeline from the show.
RESULTS
We love making our clients look good
Trade show marketing
PLACEHOLDER: Add a trade show result here, such as meetings booked before a show, leads captured, or pipeline from post-show follow-up. Example: A warehouse automation company booked X meetings before MODEX through targeted LinkedIn outreach and generated $X in pipeline from post-show follow-up.
Frequently asked questions
How early should we start planning?
Ideally 8 to 12 weeks before the show. That leaves time for outreach to book meetings, design and print deadlines, and ad campaigns to run. If your show is sooner, we’ll focus on the steps that will have the biggest impact in the time you have.
Do you build the booth itself?
We design booth graphics, signage, and materials and work alongside your exhibit builder or booth vendor. We don’t fabricate booth structures.
Can you help if we’re attending without a booth?
Yes. Many companies get great results by booking meetings in advance, having executives post from sessions, and following up afterward, all without the cost of exhibiting.
How do you measure trade show ROI?
We track meetings booked, conversations logged, leads captured, and the pipeline that comes from them in the weeks and months after the show. That gives you real numbers to decide which shows are worth returning to.
Which shows do you support?
Any show your buyers attend. We most often work around supply chain events like MODEX, ProMat, Manifest, and CSCMP EDGE, along with industry-specific and regional shows.
